O'Loughlin works entirely in the areas of Estate Planning and Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution. He has served as an Estate Planning Consultant to Attorneys, Accountants, and Financial Planners. Mr. O’Loughlin believes in the importance of proper Estate Planning, not only for his clients and their peace of mind, but for the security and well-being of their families as well.

Mr. O’Loughlin is a year 2000 graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia, School of Law, which is ranked in the top third of all law schools in the United States. While attending law school, he was the Associate Editor of The Gavel, and was a recipient of the Nelson Award, given to the top student in the Wills and Trusts Drafting class. Mr. O’Loughlin received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brigham Young University in 1997. He is licensed to practice law in Utah and Missouri. He is a member of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council and the Probate and Estate Planning Committee of the Utah Bar. In 2001 he was elected President of his County Bar Association, and has served on the Planned Gifts Committee for a local YMCA. Mr. O'Loughlin is a third generation Lawyer, with a father and a brother also currently practicing law.

Mr. O'Loughlin is active in his Church and Community. As a youth he earned the rank of Eagle Scout, and he continues to be a strong supporter of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. O’Loughlin has been married to his wife Teresa for 15 years, and they have been blessed with 5 children.
